I have used TP in the past and loved it. I made plans using it this time, and have everything set to 30min. prior to opening, as we plan on "rope dropping" each day. However, on MK day, it is saying go to PP first, then Jungle Cruise, then Pirates...it puts 7DMT after lunch at a wait of 47 minutes. However, this doesn't seem to match at all to what is actually occurring in the parks. So, do I follow my TP and trust it, or do I deviate and head to 7DMT with everyone else, then PP, Jungle cruise, and one of the Mountains....leaving the faster loading HM for later....I am lost and our first park day is Saturday! For the first time, my trust in TP is wavering...it was the BOMB before Covid.
I would really love some advice!

Get to the park asap (make the first bus or however you're getting there) and then do mine train first, assuming it's running- just depends on the days.

If you don’t get there FIRST thing then a long line will have already built up which will waste precious early touring time. So if you can be among the very first in park do 7DMT, otherwise try to pop in when wait looks shorter or do it at closing.

I've been taking a look at their actuals for each day for some of the rides I'm interested in to try to get a feel for what it'll be like in a few weeks. I just checked 7DMT for last Saturday (3/6) and they don't have any actual user-submitted times for midday, but I can see that "observed" (i.e. posted) wait times were actually lower than what TP predicted for almost 100% of the day (the exceptions being at park open, where there was a posted wait of 70 minutes compared to the TP prediction of 40, and at noon, when the posted wait was again 70 minutes compared to the TP prediction of 67). They have some user data from later in the day: 29 minutes at 5:23, 37 minutes at 6:41, and 14-26 minutes between 8:53-9:27.

On other dates, the user-submitted times seem to hover consistently in the 30-45 minute zone throughout the day, but they've been dropping sharply in the evenings. My plan is still to head there at RD, but I'll be heading back in the evenings for a second ride.
