Just FYI, it's not that RSR has less fastpasses then other rides, it's just they sell out faster. Just as if you have a stadium and it sells out for one concert in 2 days and another concert in a hour, doesn't mean the stadium shrunk for the second concert. 
And $10 for an all day locker isn't that bad. We personally thought the price was quite reasonable since we could keep adding stuff throughout the day. They are definitely better than the lockers that you pay less for, but if you open it you have to re-purchase to continue using it.
