Feel free to email me for additional details!

Day 1 - April 15th - Late check-in to the Hard Rock Hotel.

Day 2 - April 16th - Universal Islands of Adventure. You can't beat front of the line access. I opened the gates at 9:00 AM and was finished with all rides by 2:00 PM. The kids really enjoyed Curious George's play area. Had lunch at Mythos and really enjoyed it (The Lobster and Corn Bisque is awesome!). Rented a pool cabana for the second half of the day. Ate dinner poolside and watched the Red Sox stomp the Yankees. The kids watched the dive in movie, Jimmy Neutron.

Day 3 - April 17th - Universal Studios Florida. Again, able to do the whole park in a few hours thanks to the FOL access. I really enjoyed Shrek 4D and was able to test ride Revenge of the Mummy. Had lunch at Confiscos and really enjoyed it. Around 2 PM headed back to the hotel for a swim. For Dinner we headed over to the Portofino Bay Hotel and ate at Mamas. The meal was terrific and we were serenaded with "That's Amore".

Day 4 - April 18th - Seaworld. Checked out of the hotel and headed over to Seaworld. The crowds were huge, but we were able to see most of the shows. Thank heaven for the hospitality Tent. We had lunch at Shark's Grill. The food was just okay, but the atmosphere was terrific. I had a huge grouper staring at me throughout the whole meal. It must have been one of his friends on my plate. Around 4PM we headed over to Disney and checked into the Boardwalk Villas. Check-in did not go so smoothly, as I was told that there were no non-smoking rooms available. I refused to accept a smoking room and amazingly a non-smoking room materialized. Rough way to start the Disney leg of the vacation, but things improved quickly as we had a terrific waitress at the Whispering Forks Restaurant.

Day 5 - April 19th - Golf Day. 8:12 AM Tee time at the Palms Golf Course. I didn't play too well, but played well enough to beat my Dad. The kids spent the day at Storm Along Bay and really enjoyed themselves. For Dinner we headed over to Boma's at the Animal Kingdom Lodge. I was hesitant to choose this location because I am not culinarily adventurous, but it turned out to be one highlights of the trip. Unfortunately, there were no animals on the savanna.

Day 6 - April 20th - Pool/Fishing. 7:00 AM Bass Fishing trip on the Epcot lake. The fishing trip was great. We caught about 15 largemouth Bass (the largest was about a three pounder). The guide (Bill) was really great with my son. Upon our return, I broke one of my cardinal rules and headed to the Magic Kingdom at noon time. It was a complete mob scene and we left after riding only a few rides. We did get a chance to see Mickey's Philharmagic, which was worth the wait. For dinner we headed over to Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary. As usual Mickey did not disappoint.

Day 7 - April 21st - Disney MGM Studios. - Headed over to Disney MGM Studios at 9:00 AM. Immediately headed over to the Tower of Terror and Rock n Roll Roller Coaster for fast passes. Crowds were okay for the non-fast pass rides. Had lunch at the Fifty's Primetime Cafe. Around 2 PM, headed back to the hotel for a swim at Storm Along Bay. For dinner we went to Epcot and ate at Le Cellier. This was the worst meal of the trip and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. We had preferred seating, but still had to wait over 60 minutes. After the long wait, I was very disappointed to find out that they do not have a full bar at this restaurant.

Day 8 - April 22nd - Disney's Animal Kingdom - opened the gates at Disney's Animal Kingdom. Crowds were large, but careful management of fast passes prevented any long waits. We had lunch at the smokehouse barbeque (actual name eludes me). I thought it was pretty good for counter service. For Dinner, we decided to cancel our PS at Ohana's and went to ESPN's to watch the Red Sox play the Yankees. To my delight, the Red Sox stomped them again.

Day 9 - April 23rd - The family revolts and refuses to go to any more parks. I am finally able to convince my son to accompany me to Epcot to ride Mission Space. I've got to say that it is one intense ride. After Mission Space, we rode test track. We meandered our way back to the hotel through the world showcase. For Dinner, we headed over to the market place and ate at Fulton's Crab House. This meal was the highlight of the trip, everything was perfect. I had an appetizer of mussels and for the main course I had a filet accompanied with Alaskan King Crab. The best part is that my father in law picked up the tab.

Day 10 - April 24th - Pool Day - Hung out at Storm Along Bay all day and relaxed.

Day 11 - April 25th - Check-out - Depression sets in as I realize that its over. We had lunch at Beaches and Cream and head to the airport.

The good news is that tomorrow, I start making reservations for our next trip!

Sounds like you had a great trip!

How did you use SAB if you stayed at BWV? I thought it was for BCV only?

Wondering same thing as everyone else and bumping thread up to find out!

Glad you had a great time!!!

Can you tell me about the fishing excursion?? Thinking about doing that on our trip home. Would you recommend it?

Thanks!:D

Sorry folks, but I had a typo. I meant to type Beach Club Villas, but mistakenly keyed in Boardwalk (my home resort). Disney was diligently checking room keys to ensure that only guests were using Storm Along Bay.

In regards to the Fishing trip, the cost of the trip was $180. The guide picked us up at the boat rental center behind the Yacht Club at 7:00 AM and the trip lasted til around 9:00 AM. The guide baits all the hooks, and removes the fish from the hooks. I believe that the boat can accommodate 5 fisherman. The guides really know their stuff, so there was a lot of action. I felt it was a great way to introduce a child to fishing, because there was not a lot of waiting around.
