Trip Report Aulani June 2025

Day 6:
Another run this morning! I love the views you see while running.










Then after the run I head to ABC store and pick up one of my fav breakfast.
The Ube pancakes!!

I love these! Such a great deal. I do forget to take a pic of the actual pancakes... apparently I was too hungry after running and just ate it. Lol.

My dad is good about getting out there and grabbing them as long as he has his coffee and book he is happy.

Then we pick him up. My son loves aunties and gives us a love little relax time.
Then we go into the pool and have fun.

We go do the slide and then lazy river, we have done it before but first time taking the phone with me. I like the olu water phone case.

We did some snorkeling and again utilized my olu water phone case to take some pics. We all really love this snorkeling area. Soo perfect for young ones to get use to snorkeling.











Also fun thing to do, snorkeling when they are doing fish feeding. It is fun looking at it from under the water.

Grandma plays with my son soo we go on to the adult hot tub.


I love the view.
Then we get our son out and dry. Then we head over to max! I love that they have him here.





Then we drop my son off the noon at aunties.

We decide to share some poke nachos. They are really good and I can ask for no onions unlike the poke bowls now there.


Then next we share a dole whip float with the cutest straw!! Yes please.

Next we signed up for the special dvc class. This one was the Mixology class. Happens every sat at 2pm.

We looved this! We learned soo much not just about drinks but also more about the Hawaiian language since they all at that bar need to be able to speak it. We found out the bar here can make the really good speciality drinks and can make great custom drinks too. No wonder their drinks here are great. They try and highlight local spirts too.
They also have food with the drinks. He says every time he does it he makes new drinks to show off. It is his time to be creative. He was inspired by sake so he made 3 different drinks useing it. They were soo unique. Including a mai tai that had sake in it!

Afterwords I go see my son with grandpa and we go see Goofy.







Goofy spent a lot of time being goofy with us. Soo funny. My son loves him.

After a little bit we head next door to the Foir Season. Such an easy walk to Minas Fish House. We are doing father's day celebration here.

We got a nice spot inside but next to the outside, my parents wanted shade.

Also u get bread service included and man do I love their bread service here. It is soo good. I always have to remind myself to save room for dinner.

Then I got their famous spam drink. I don't even remember the real name, I requested it just like that the waiter and they knew what I wanted.


It is a great refreshing drink. I think almost everyone got this drink.

My husband being a rebal got this one.


My sons meal. It is nice that at a high end restaurant they still have a basic kid food.

Next drink I got, I saw this on a utube and saw the cool cup and had to get it. It is really good! Actually better than the spam drink.

Overall we loved this restaurant! It is expensive but the food and service is soo good. All the food was soo good. The seafood top notch. We like this high end restaurant better than Ama ama amazing at Aulani. Literally everything was great! But expensive. Sadly no more happy hour discounts here though.

Day 7:

Last day



We packed up.
Also dropped my son off at aunties so we can pack.
We put our leis on stich as our goodbye.




Then adult hot tub time!

Pick up my son, and he plays over in the splash pad area for a bit.

Next I head over to ABC store to return our receipts in for a little reward. Always hold on to all of them. I got a cute reusable Hawaiian bag. Then I went to poke store and saw it is customized here! Soo I can get poke with no onions. Soo happy. Price is cheeper here than at Aulani too.



I loved my poke. It was a great lunch.
For dessert I shared a frozen pineapple treat.

Delicious! They come in packs of 2 so very shareable.

Then we meet minnie. My son told her how we are leaving today.





And our last character we have not met yet this trip. Pluto. Told him he was our last character. He loved it.

We needed some more snacks, soo I got us acai bowel to share. It was yummy..

Then we did the shaka pool party. Always fun.
My son did dancing and did the water game.









After the pool party we went to the lounge/room to go clean off and change. You use to have to make a reservation on the day you leave. I don't miss having to wait in line early in the morning to get our reservation. But man it was crowded! Soo many people in there. Soo hard doing anything including showering. Soo a mix bag. Not sure witch i prefer reservation system or free for all.

After that we head to the airport.
We have one of those red eye flights. So not leaving to real late. We got to untied club. Love this club. They serve great food here and dole whip!



Our flight was uneventful... just long. But we have direct to Denver, CO.

And that was it!!

Man do we loove Aulani. We are soo happy we own here. It is the perfect mix of disney and hawaii. We still have not gotten bored of it. We still have experience we have not done yet after three times. I cannot do only beach vacations... I get bored and the rest of the family likes relax time and Aulani really gives u a great mix of doing and relaxing.

Man do we loove Aulani. We are soo happy we own here. It is the perfect mix of disney and hawaii. We still have not gotten bored of it. We still have experience we have not done yet after three times. I cannot do only beach vacations... That is such a hard question... each one has it great in its own way. I would say my fav Aulani restruant would be Olelu room. Food, drinks, atmosphere and value are just all great. Outside of Aulani we seem to always have to go to Minas Fish House and Monkey pod happy hour everytime.

I think it is cool to walk or run over there but I would not go over their just to swim. It is basically the same lagoon and lugging all my swim stuff over there and back for the same lagoon seems like a lot of work. I do want to do the luau or restaurant over there at some point. I have heard good things and would provide a little change of scenery.

Last Sept when i went with my mom and 18 month old we were on our flight back and the plane shut down on the runway we got delayed all day only to be canceled eventually

while at the airport we knew we would have to plan something for a hotel knowing it would prob be canceled and aulani showed sold out, i called and nothing, so we did an airbnb through the marriott a 2 bedroom

the room was nice and spacious but we never swam there, we went the next day and hung out at the aulani, for us it seemed like not as much a little kid/spot for swimming and we preferred the aulani
