This is coming in a little late, but I was exhausted after returning from DL that day. It was a short trip, usually is during the week, so this post will be short just the same. Kinda short... :teeth:

First off, I've got some good news regarding the Hidden 50's. It was Christine and I who went up this time and we were going to meet Aunt June and Uncle Lee there since they're staying the whole weekend for their anniversary. We arrived first around 9:30 and told them we'd wait by City Hall. I used that opportunity to go in and ask about why Haunted Mansion and the golden stagecoach were still gone with the 50's. I spoke to Kam, a very nice CM, and he explained there were two new 50's to make up for the missing two. One is at Dumbo and the other he wasn't sure where. He gave me the map and wrote 'Dumbo' on it for me to remember.

Aunt June and Uncle Lee arrived at 10 a.m. and we decided to hit Indiana Jones first. We've all been on it except for Aunt June and she was real curious (as well as nervous!) to see what it was like. The wait was only 15 minutes, so no Fast Pass was required. A short distance from boarding, the CM yelled if there were four in a party. I yelled "Here!" and held up four fingers and we got sent over. Love when that happens, but we ended up getting the very back row of the Jeep. Oh, well! Aunt June screamed a lot, but she ended up loving it! Yaaaay! On the way out, I noticed the Bengal Barbeque place was closed down; I hear they're doing away with it for good?

After that, it was only 10:24 and we next headed for Haunted Mansion that was only a 13 minute wait. 13, what an unlucky number! And get this! THE 50TH COBWEB IS BACK!!!! I'll need to bring my cameras and finish up the Hidden 50's now. At least I'll get 49, or if the Dumbo one does exist!!! The changes I noticed in HM is there's more junk in the attic space. A lot of old antique furniture was put in.

Next, we made a turn around to go all the way to Fantasyland to check out the line for Peter Pan. I'm sorry, even on a weekday when it doesn't seem crowded, that ride will always have a long line. Uncle Lee and I got in line, but the other two said nah. We looked over to see Snow White was closed and Mr. Toad's looked too long of a wait. We went over to the Tea Cups instead. I ran to the gold cup while Aunt June and Uncle Lee grabbed a purple one. Pictures were taken, but I couldn't get them clearly as we spun. I waited till after the ride ended. From there, we went straight over to Alice in Wonderland.

By then, we were getting hungry and went to go eat at the Coca-Cola place on the corner of Main Street. On the way, I paused in Once Upon a Time to see if they had something a co-worker was asking me to get. It's this Belle dress with a wire frame and you clip a photo on top. It's real cute, but I decided to get it later. We went to eat and then looked around the shops for a little bit.

After that, we headed to Tomorrowland, jumped on Star Tours (15 minute wait!) and then jumped on Astro Blasters (8 minute wait!). I always get L-3 while Uncle Lee gets L-4! Bleh! Space Mountain was 40 minutes, but Aunt June didn't want to ride it. We past Ariel's Grotto toward the Matterhorn and jumped in line for it. Aunt June was on the phone and had no clue what we got in line for. When she did, she wanted to step out, but we assured her she'd be all right. She ended up hating it! She banged her knees too much into the sides of the bobsleds and disliked the bumpiness the most. And that was the Fantasyland side, too!

Next, we walked onto It's A Small World (5 minute wait!) to sit and relax, followed by picking up a Fast Pass for Roger Rabbit. It was a 40 minute wait and the return time said 1:50 to 2:50. It was about 1:15, so we used that time to go get some ice cream bars from the Clarabelle's frozen yogurt stand. I love the Fast Passes for Roger Rabbit; you miss all that looping around in the back, but it's worth it when it's a long line! Christine and I took the front, and we waved to them whenever we spun around! Love that ride.

By then, Christine and I were running out of time. We had to leave by 3:30 to head for Vista to pick up Mom from work. Sucks when we've only got one car. From Toon Town, we walked all the way back over to Critter Country to ride Winnie the Pooh (8 minute wait!) and then we jumped on the Disneyland Railroad to go all the way to Main Street to shop. I still needed to get the Belle dress frame for my co-worker.

I found the item in the China Closet and talked to a wonderful CM who rung me up. Kathleen was her name. She saw my turtle ring and complimented it. She asked if I liked turtles and I said I was a big fan of the Ninja Turtles. That got us on a discussion about the classic toon, new toon and all sorts of stuff. She was very nice.

We headed out just as some sort of parade was going on. It wasn't the Parade of Dreams, but I caught the Mayor of Main Street riding the fire engine at the end with some characters in tow. We all left the park, for us to go home, and for Aunt June and Uncle Lee to go to their hotel room. Very nice time. Short, but nice.

Bengal BBQ is lunch/dinner/snack and doesn't open until 11am. I had it for dinner last night. It won't be closing until Riverbelle closes for it's redo, and that won't be until at least September (and considering the way they're putting off closing restaurants for their redos, maybe later).
