Trip Planning Advice!

When is the best time to go over the next few months. I definitely want to go before summer, and I know I don't want to be there during Spring Break. I'm also trying to save as much money as possible. Any advice?

Peak season (= higher rates) ends April 22 for most resorts, I believe, so I would wait until after then, unless you can go before February 15 (which is when the current value season ends).

May (= regular season) is my favorite time to go. Any time we have gone in May we have had no problems with crowds, and it is not too hot yet.

So, I'm thinking the very first week in May. Is that good?
