I don't have a dog in this hunt since I've never listened to The Trip, but OMG I agree with Pete!!!! Just hearing it once it is the most annoying thing I've ever heard.

But then again, as my wife reminds me on an almost daily basis, I was an old fuddy-duddy when I was in my teens.

I also love the tag line Trip Out. I say keep using it. I also like the laid back casual style of that show and the fact that the cues are almost never ready or glitchy.

I don't think JL has ever said it in the weepy way pete imitated either. I think it's up beat.
I hope they bring it back.

On another note, I'm re-listening to all the 2014 podcasts and I loved JLs tag line when she hosted

I just finished watch The Trip and I totally agree that they need to bring it back. It almost felt awkward at the end like JeniLynn really wanted to say it and was kind of at a loss for words on how to end the show.

I'm with Pete. I don't like that tag line. I hated JLs tagline the first time she sat in for Pete, too. Maybe Teresa should come up with the next one. (Full disclosure - I'm a couple of weeks behind, so I don't know if there is a new tag line or what it is.)
