Trip Out!

I'm really enjoying the reviews they have done

The packing lists, pet peeves, etc might get old after a bit

I think one idea would be to alternately have one of the hosts drag the other on a mystery ride

Now this is a purely selfish idea for a show series for the trip (because I'd want them to pick me! Lol) but I've been thinking that their road trip mini series is cool, checking in to see how the plans are going etc, and JLs cruise planning for her grandpa's birthday too, but how about a PTR or following along the journey of an international WDW traveller, to see the major differences, extra considerations and costs associated with a WDW trip for this of us Down Under or in the UK for example.

*cough* pick me *cough*

Then why do you listen or watch the show? Also why do you need to say on a foum that you don't lie it unsubscribing is enough

As I said, I listen because I love Teresa. There's a lot of jumping to conclusions on this thread. The thread is a discussion about the phrase "Trip Out," which I am in agreement with Pete about. Why is it that any time someone disagrees with someone else or doesn't like something someone says or does, they are told to leave? To me, that is the negativity on the boards that Pete was talking about.

I get what you're saying, but to me, it seems odd that you don't like half of the hosts, and you don't like the show. So it seems strange you would listen to a show that you, for the most part, don't like.
For me, I wouldn't watch a movie just because I like one actor if the rest of the cast and the premise of the movie didn't appeal to me.
To each their own, but it seems you got your back up and quickly as others...

I didn't mean to be negative to me it just doesn't make sense if you don't lie most of a show to listen to it. For example last year I was listening to a podcast because I liked some of what they were talking about but on a recent episode of it things just turned really negative so I unsubscribe to it. To each there own really

I never said I didn't like the show, either, just that I didn't know if I was going to keep listening. I didn't get my back up at all. You misquoted me and I corrected you, then East York suggested that I shouldn't make negative comments on a discussion thread and I responded to him. For me, if I'm a fan of a particular actor, I will absolutely watch whatever he's in, even if the rest of the cast and the premise don't appeal to me. The reverse is also true, but a bit stronger. If there is an actor I don't support (like Jane Fonda), then I won't watch it, no matter who else is in it, even if one of my favorite actors is in it. So, yes, for now, I listen to the Trip because I enjoy hearing Teresa and Dustin more than I don't care for JL or "Trip Out." I don't have a lot of time for listening to podcasts and prefer the DIS Unplugged and the Disneyland Edition. If I have to drop a podcast, The Trip is on the chopping block.

Whatever your welcome to your opinion like I said in another comment I started listening to a show because I like what it was about and put up with some stuff I didn't like but stopped listening to it after they said something negative about another podcast about the something plus some of the other stuff they talk about was getting boring to me anyway.

The show is Teresa and JL's show and they don't make poel listen to it. Also I'm glad they kept Trip out and I hope they keep it in-spite of what Pete says.

Wow... Stop punishing yourself like that -I mean she's been in at least one movie over the last 20 years! Sorry ..I couldn't resist. ;)

It's a military thing (I'm a Navy Junior). Most military people I know, especially from the Vietnam Era, don't watch her movies or do anything that might support her. I could go off on a Pete-worthy rant here, but I'll spare you all. I won't watch Woody Allen or Roman Polanski movies, either.

I completely understand -congrats on being at Annapolis. My doctor graduated from there as did our niece's boyfriend -who's on his way to Guam soon. Best of luck and thank you!

I'm not at Annapolis (though I wouldn't mind being that young again). My dad was in the Navy. He taught at Annapolis for a while, though, and my brother was one of the last babies born there. Navy Junior is the equivalent of an Army brat, but in the Navy instead. :) Congratulations to your niece's boyfriend!

Equal thanks for your service!
