My sister and my mother are coming on the trip with us and staying in the same room so everything will be under my name. We live at separate addresses. Do we have to get separate policies or can it be under one?

* Also, do we include tickets in the cost of this? And do I just estimate the cost of plane tickets? What would happen if my sister and mom couldn't go, but we still could? How would that affect tickets, extra adult charge for room etc?

Trip insurance covers everything you pay out of pocket up front for your trip. If you are covering the cost of the room, include that in your costs. You should try to use the exact cost of your flights in the trip insurance. You will have to check with the trip insurance company to see how long after you book the trip that you have to get the insurance.

If any costs are also being paid by your sister and mom, they probably need to get their own insurance to cover what they are paying. The insurance company can let you know what they recommend.
