Trip Insurance Question

We are going to Las Vegas with a group of people and somehow we ended up making the arrangements for everyone.

One of the couples is wanting to buy trip insurance. We've never purchased insurance for our trips, so not really sure what the best way to go about this is.

Just looking for suggestions.

I got to Insuremytrip.com. The website lets you compare policies from many different companies. AAA also sells trip insurance.
