Trip insurance for villa rental?

Hi we are getting ready to rent a villa and I want to get trip insurance since the villa in nonrefundable. I have only ever gotten trip insurance for a cruise. Can anyone reccommend companies and how to go about this? We are renting a villa with my in-laws can we all get insurance from the same company all on one policy? or do we need separate policies?
