We'll be at Beach Club in less than 2 weeks. Time has slowed to a crawl. I will surely post a trip report. Likely not a live event but shortly after we return. If anyone has specific items for us to review or look for, let us know.

I have attached a copy of my overly planned itinerary for your enjoyment. It's a guide, not an absolute, but it helps us use our brains less during the week.

I build a binder with all key items (plane & hotel reservations, dining plans, maps, etc.) Below is the cover I did for this trip's binder. Kind of a look back at some previous stays. Even a shot of mama when she did the Richard Petty Experience when that was still around.

I was sure I was the only one who actually made a trip binder anymore- I love putting the pieces in place for each trip. Notes on my phone is just not the same. You have done a smashing job with yours! :worship:

A binder is essential !!!! It’s a one stop shop for everything you need. Don’t have to surf thru pics and docs on your phone. Everything in there, in its proper place. Takes all the stress away.
I even laminate a copy of the itinerary to put on the hotel desk. We always know the general plan at one glance.
Proper planning and organization before the trip makes the actual trip much more stress free and requires much less use of my brain. When on vacation I prefer to put my brain in the room safe until it’s time to leave. 😁😁😁

I’ve never created a binder so can’t wait to see how your’s is done!
Looking forward to hearing of your impressions of BC as well. Normally stay on the other side of the lake @ BWI so it’ll be nice to hear how the other half lives 🙂

The binder itself is pretty straight forward. Just a thin white binder with tabs. One tab for hotel stay. One tab for flights. One tab for park tix and reservations. One tab for planning docs like “must do ride list”, F&W Festival kiosks, park maps. One final tab for miscellaneous.
We have done Beach Club in the past. We choose it or Wilderness Lodge as our “go to” locations. BC is great, especially if you like EPCOT and HS. A 5 min walk to EPCOT. A fun boat ride or 15-20 min walk to HS. Must bus directly to MK or AK. Main pool at BC is the best on Disney property. Quiet pool is fantastic. We like to stay near quiet pool as it’s an even shorter walk from there to EPCOT. The rooms and hotel are pretty casual, but classy.
