Trip #8; But Was It Great? A WDW MAYcation with a side of LegoLand & Celebration, FL!

You guys really seem at home at the BW! I'm glad you got to enjoy some time there.

Glad the boys had a nice first day of school. Mine started back last Monday. We have to leave the house at 7:00 to drive Alex to middle school! It's been rough getting used to the new schedule! It's nice in the afternoon because I pick him up & Zach takes the bus home. Alex gets home about an hour before Zach, giving him a good chunk of time to work on his homework with a quiet house & my undivided attention.

Sad your TR is coming to an end but I know there will be a new one right around the corner!!

Snacks!!? I want snacks!! They look sooooo good!! How was their first day? I hope that everything was good for them!
Are you going to be the HR mom again? Guess what went home in Belle's folder yesterday???? A note saying they still don't have a HR mom for Ms Blue Streaks and would someone PLEASE volunteer. Belle said Mom are you doing it again? And I said I think I've done it enough it's time for someone else to step up to the plate and do it this year. So why do I feel the pressure to volunteer??? I just feel bad for the teacher. I really hope someone will do it....



Your last night looked like a really fun time. I'm so surprised at the amount of people walking around--- on the BW and then you see the BWI pool with Clarence and it's so empty. That is just strange!! But I'm so happy that y'all found out with enough time to spare that you can go over there to catch your breath and have some relaxing moments.

Thank you!!!! I am on cloud 9. I can't wait to go to work on Friday!! It's amazing what almost 2 years of not being able to work will do to you!!!! I feel like I just graduated from college. it's a good feeling.
And my birthday was Monday so it was the best present!!

It took me a while, but I have finally started to read your TR. Last night I got through the first 4 days. I was kinda grumpy when I was reading, so it was only fitting that that was your mood for the first few days.

I'm glad we did too. Visiting the BW was the most relaxing part of our vacation.

I hate that school starts so dang early!! My kids get the bus at 7:15. Crazy. Sounds like the boys getting home at different times is working out good for you.

They are yummy snacks!! Chocolate chip cookies for DS10. And PB Cup brownies with PB drizzle & choc chips on top for DS13. Of course I had to sample both. I think I gained 10 lbs yesterday!!

IDK if they still do room moms in 5th grade or not. This is the point where they really cut back on parties & things. Preparing them for MS I guess. I have really cut back on the volunteering this year. I mean I will still do anything DS's teacher needs, but I didn't take a position on the PTO or soccer board this year!! First year in forever. I feel so free!!!!!!!!!!

There were some people at the BW pool, not a ton, but some. I think we just caught it at a minute there when no one was in it! It looked so calm and beautiful. Definitely staying there next time we want to stay in the Epcot area!
