Treehouse Villas at 7 months?

Has anyone had any luck getting the Treehouse Villas at the 7 month mark? I'm looking to reserve the THV for early October 2010, just curious what my chances might be.

I'm sure there is always a chance but for our May trip, I called on the morning of my 11 month mark and got the last one.

I called at the 7 month mark (we are leaving on Saturday) and THV's were available. I stupidly booked a 2 BR instead and my waitlist didn't come thru.. my DH will not let me hear the end of it!

I've been on a waitlist for THV for May for a couple months now...hoping it will come through by then!

I've waitlisted twice for them w/ no luck. There are only 60 of them and I think the chances are greatly improved if you are booking a time that is not typically popular.

My DVC friend just got the THV for us for 10/24 to 10/31, can't wait to join her...
