Treehouse Room Thoughts

Headed to the Saratoga treehouse in February. Looking for a good room recommendation that allows us to walk to one of the main buildings to grab buses, instead of waiting for a Treehouse bus. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

7034 and 7033 are the closest to the Grandstand area, but it's not a short walk. I'd strongly consider renting a car if you can find a decent rate.

You can see the "To Check In" area which heads to the Grandstands, which is the FIRST stop of 5 on the SSR loop. Id keep walking through to the Springs stop which is the last on the loop(right in front of High Rock Springs Pool).

And as PP said its a LONG-ish walk.

Google map shows less than half a mile to the Grandstand bus stop from the bus stop at that end of the Treehouses.

Keep in mind the standard disclosure that room requests are not guaranteed. You could request 7034 and end up in 7002.

Yes, thanks. Knock on wood we have had great luck over the years with room requests. I have found if you stay away from specific rooms and focus on location, DVC seems to do whatever they can to help. Although, it does seem a little outdated / funny that many resorts prefer Fax requests.

10-15 depending on speed.

Thanks! Did you utilize Uber at all? I hear it is difficult as they can't get to your room for pickup.

Treehouse 7056 was the one we stayed at a few years ago, we walked over to the Carriage House area mostly but took the internal a few times, it was good and frequent. That treehouse was fantastic and basically the pool was right outside the villa and was ours alone at night after the parks almost every night. We enjoyed the treehouses very much and look forward to renting one again.

We never used UBER, but getting around was easy using the Grandstand bus stop.

We had 7010 a few years ago. Loved it. We had a car but we usually opt for the busses. The driver on the treehouse loop was so fun! Enjoy
