DVC news.com had some fuzzy floor plans that you can see.

2 bathrooms is what I read.

I am really looking forward to trying this out, although it will be a few years before we can try it. I'd love to get some clarity on what they are going to do with Pleasure Island, that has the potential to be a positive(even with the big negative of losing the Adventurer's club)

Size: Three bedrooms, two baths

Number of Units: 60 villas

Number of Guests per Unit: Villas accommodate up to nine Guests

Bedding Sizes: Master bedroom – Queen:scared1:
Second bedroom – Queen
Third bedroom – Bunk
Living room – Queen-size sleeper sofa and sleeper chair

No king size bed in the MBR??:scared1:

I think I would like to stay there for the Treehouse effect, it looks awesome. I guess that means I have to take some of my extended family with me, since it's just me, DH, and DD6, ;) to get the full use of the villa.

:cool1: :cool1: As you can tell by my signature - the treehouses are my ultimate dream resort. I am SO glad I own enough SSR points to book one at 11 months because I have a feeling they'll be impossible for non-owners to ever get. Rock on.

I wonder if they are actually required to do anything about handicapped access? If they are part of SSR, there are HA rooms available. I think ADA requires some HA rooms be available, not sure they require that HA be available for ALL rooms. Not sure, just thinking out loud.
I doubt that all rooms have to be HA. Think of OKW upper rooms in buildings without elevators, HHI villas in all buildings except the lodge aren't HA.

Because they made them part of SSR, only a percentage of the units have to be HA based on their classification. So a few of those units could be equipped with elevator access and other HA amenities and combined with the total # of HA units in SSR they could still be in compliance.
