Treadmill is dying

I don't know if I should be surpised, it was a hand-me-down from dh's GM (Love it btw) and who knows how old it is. Dh thinks it is 15 years or so. Both dh and I use it almost every day for about 1 1/2 hours for the past year plus. It doesn't fold up and that is the only thing I know I want for sure.

So what should I look for? Any recommendations for a cheaper model? TIA
