I just booked a room at the Pop at the end of April on Travelocity with a discounted rate. 16% is better then nothing. The other resorts had discounts too. I saw it in the Sunday paper today. Don't know when it ends or the travel dates. Travelocity.com/Disney

It looks like the same rates and dates as the Disney BUC special when I bring up the calendar.

Is it only for certain dates? I tried mine and I'm only paying $.10 more with my disney reservation.

The BUC rate wasn't valid for the night that we needed it which was Sat. April 28. At Travelocity it was...sorry if I got everyone excited. I am so embarrased

Travelocity saved me 38% on a Savannah room only rate at AKL for April 25-28. The code at Disney didn't work for me nor AAA.
So Yippee for Travelocity:banana:

Also booked one night late April at Poly through Travelocity. BUC wasn't available through Disney that night so :goodvibes I'm happy.

In case any of you are Upromise members, you can book thru Travelocity and receive 1% back in your Upromise account by booking thru the link on their site. Not a ton of money but it is some additional savings!

Actually, I just looked at the site and right now it is an additional 2% back!!!

Can someone explain what the BUC is?

Thanks!

The code is a "public discount code" released by Disney last week. When calling to make reservations it may be applicable depending upon dates and resorts.

The first post in the codes and rates threads explains the codes very well.

Hope you can reach it.
Good Luck!

I'm pretty happy with Travelocity right now, I just got Savannah view AKL for 37% off and WL for 40% off, couryard view...nice!

Looks to me like the travelocity special is just a come on offer to people who don't know that the $ difference between a 4 day tix and a 6 day tix is nothing!
The only special I see advertised is buy a 4 day park hopper and get 2 days free. This is a bait tactic, that really offer nothing. Are they offering 2 hotel nights free? I think it is just the theme park tickets.

Thanks so much! LOL, I was trying to figure out what BUC could possibly stand for, lol! :lmao: :lmao: I don't know why, but I wasn't even thinking it was a code.
