Travelling from Ebsfleet Q???

Hi,
I'm really confused (which is not hard ) but has anybody booked through a TA and travelled from Ebsfleet recently? as I have just had a phone call from my ta to say my eurostar voucher is ready. I asked what our set numbers were and he said we don't have a ticket it's just a voucher to hand into a desk at Ebsfleet station. We have never had to do this before we have always had an acutual ticket per person given to us at the TA.

-Can anybody tell me that has been from ebsfleet recently and booked with a TA what they have been given from their TA?

-If it is an E ticket what do we do when we get to Ebsfleet?

-What happens with getting our return ticket?

-Where do we get our Park tickets from?

sorry i should mention that we are on the direct service to dlp

Hi we travelled from Ebbsfleet a couple of weeks ago and had to use our tickets to go through the turnstile to get to check in so I would think you do need tickets.

We were originally booked from ashford and changed it about 3 weeks before we went and our tickets had ashford on as already had been printed so they wouldn't change them so that may be why we had our tickets.

I would call ebbsfleet directly and check then go back to TA if they say you need your tickets.

Forgot to say where did you collect your park tickets to? as we usually get given them on the Eurostar but we have always gone from St Pancras so not sure if it is the same from Ebsfleet.

Hiya

Ive just booked eurostar from ebsfleet & got emailed e-tickets that i have to print out for each person. They have barcodes on which you scan when you go through the turnstile. It has got our seat numbers on though.

Thanks Mummy Minnie, I'm going to collect the vouchers tomorrow from TA and have a good look at them I'm hoping they work like an E-Ticket.

We had the express so was given our park tickets on the eurostar, if you don't have that you will need to collect park tickets from your hotel.

I believe I read in the brochure if you booked through a TA you get express included at no extra charge, we did when we went so worth checking.

Thanks, we do have express luggage. We usually do get them on the train when we go from St Pancras I was not sure if it was the same from Ebsfleet.

Well just thought I would share with you I went to pick up my Eurostar Voucher from TA and when I got there they went off and got my pack and guess what was inside the envelope...... My Eurostar tickets the same as we have always had so I have no idea what the man was talking about before that we don't get tickets any more, very confusing
But i'm more realxed now I know what i'm doing
