Traveling to MCO via Magical Express

I have a question as I'm looking for flights home from Orlando. If we book a flight at 8am; we would have to leave our Disney Resort by 5am. Would we take our bags with us and check in at the airport? Seems this would be the only way as RAC doesn't open until 5am... any info would be greatly appreciated.

Correct. You would not be able to use RAC.

You must be finished and walking away from the RAC counter, boarding passes in hand, no less than 3 hrs prior to your flight time. So, those with flights earlier than 8:30 am are going to be hard pressed to use RAC.
