Travel within WDW Feb 15-20 2011

So we will be staying in the Poly in Feb 2011. Our flight gets in @ 8PM Tuesday Feb 15th and we are staying till Sunday the 20th going from Poly to Port Canaveral for 4 day Disney Dream cruise.

I'm trying to figure if we should get a rental car or just stick with Disney Transport. There will be 3 adults/2 kids (5&8) plus all our luggage(we don't travel light )

These are my options.

Scenario 1) Disney Magical Express from airport to Poly(Free). Use Disney Transport within WDW (Free). Private transport to port(@$160). Disney (BAGS)transport to airport.(@$175) Total $335

Scenario 2 Rent car from Budget. Tuesday to Sunday drop off in Port ($560) Disney transport back to MCO (@$175) Total $735

Scenario 3)Rent car from Budget. Tuesday to Thursday return car to airport ($815)Park car at port($60) Total $875

Obviously Scenario 1 is the cheapest but is the extra cost of the rental worth it to offset waiting on WDW transport to get us everywhere?

We will be going to MK, DHS, AK and maybe Epcot. We may also do Universal for a day. We planned on going to Downtown Disney and have ADR at BOMA.

So opinions, recommendations suggestions?
