TRAVEL NEWS and AIRFARE

Has anyone else heard this or read about it. I was watching one news channel and they were discussing the travel update. The item was on how the US dollar is weak so the best bang for the buck this summer would be to vacation in the US. Obviously, the US is being promoted in foreign countries because european citizens can get more for their dollar. They also stated that because of this air fares will be higher. That along with the gas prices may make airfare a challenge this summer??

We bought our tickets a few weeks ago. Ten tickets, (half were for my BIL'S family) for $80 each way. I am happy with that. Plus I get double miles for the purchase! Oops, I should add, they paid me for thier five tickets. I am not THAT generous.
