airhead

I taped it Sunday and watched it last night--I'm sold--I was planning on MNSSHP for 2004 and Christmas for 2006, but I may have to change that ! I guess I'll wait until May when the school calander is approved and plan form there.

I am glad I am not the only one who was sold by that special. I already told my husband we have to go next December. Luckly we are new DVC members with a December use year so we will have plenty of points for our stay. :D I have already decided on doing the CP package and MVMCP!! :earsboy:

Happy Holidays!
Melissa

Thanks for the reminder!

Unfortunately I missed the first half of the show, but I was able to catch the second half! Great show! Does anyone know if and when this will be on again?

Thanks!

I just checked the travel channel website and the WDW show will be on again on Dec. 20th at 12pm! Marilyn:bounce:

My husband, (who thinks we have been to Disney too many times and try other places for vacation!) watched it yesterday....."Honey, I think we should really go back again during the Christmas season".......well, ok if you really want to, lol

We've gone Christmas week every year for the last several years and this is the first time we went at Thanksgiving instead. My wife is a teacher and the school calendar change to give the entire Thanksgiving week off. I warned her that the crowds would be heavy but she was certain they would be lighter. Well, it was the most crowded we have ever seen it.

Anyway, while there, she said she really missed the lights being lit and we should go next year at Christmas. When I stumbled across the show on Friday night, she pouted that it was probably too late to go back for Christmas this year and she was now depressed.

I liked the behind the scenes part about the decorations, trees and confections. Quite frankly, the show was great, but really didn't do the magic of being there any justice. Oh well, at least next year the Osborn Family lights should be back...I hope!

I missed it yesterday. Does anyone know if it will be run again?

The show was great and I can't wait to go at Xmas when the kids are a bit bigger. Right now (they are 9 and 5), Christmas is such an extravaganza that moving the whole deal to Florida would likely KILL me. But soon enough they'll be a bit older and just want Nintendo and cash... Then we'll go!

Also... the show that followed was "Disney Cruise Line" and now we are all DYING to go on a cruise. My son (5) said "We need to go on the 7-day trip because that boat has so many good things to do..." Out of the mouths of babes!

That is exactly where we are! My kids are both excited about a Christmas Disney Cruise. I would not think of saying no to that! What they don't know is DH and I are thinking of adding a couple park days before or after. That will be a fun Christmas surprise.:teeth:

oh no i won't be able to watch it,cause at 8:00 we
pull out of the driveway for DISNEY WORLD!!!!!!!!!!
checking in on christmas eve at the contemporary.
just a bit excited here.
