Yes, I would either go with Dreams or Costco, depending on if you want an onboard credit or a Costco Cash card. I have yet to see any other TA give out higher amounts of on board credits, they seem to all be the same, so go with Dreams Unlimited if you want the onboard credit.

Yes. Costco's system is set up such that payments go directly to DCL. So when you pay by credit card online, the payment is actually charged by DCL, not Costco. So to use gc's, you have to call in to Costco and they will call DCL.

Someone who will get to know you personally, and someone you can reach out to for questions and requests and they will already be familiar with your reservation. With companies like Costco, you won't get that same personal attention.

That is a good point. And for someone who has never cruised and/or has very little knowledge of it, that would be a good decision to go with a good TA like Dreams.

The problem I had when I tried to use DU is that I got assigned an agent I did not gel with. I cancelled my reservation and tried to get another agent to help me, but they just referred me back to the original agent, because it was in the system. If you don’t know a specific agent to request, you might get stuck with someone who isn’t your best fit.
