Were kind of new to this, only 2 trips to DW but on our last trip we stayed at both AKV and SSR. At AKV every three days housekeeping came in and cleaned, changed the linens on the beds, brought new toiletries and were more than happy to bring extra towels and blankets. SSR was a completely different story, there were not even linens on or for the hide away bed and when I commented on it at the front desk (along with a couple of other issues we had the first night we checked in) I was told "it happend last night, what do you want me to do about it?". Needless to say I was floored that was the response I got and was less then happy again when after getting soaked in the rain and coming back to wet towels in the room (nothing dries fast in FL

)) I was going to be charged for an extra set of dry towels. SSR is our home resort and I was just wondering if anyone else has had this kind of experience or did we just have an isolated experience. Thanks so much for the input
