I am going on a 7 night cruize Sept 25th with my wife and two kids (1 & 5). When I arrive on Sept 24th at MCO I plan on renting a car for a day from Budget and staying at one of the hotels around the Port. When the cruise is over I was thinking of getting on one of the Disney buses back to MCO. How can I do this? Do I need to make Reservations? How much would it cost? Or does it make more sense to rent a car again back to the airport. A one day rental is about $40.

The one-way transfers are $25/pp (you shouldn't need to purchase one for the 1-year old). You can book them in advance or buy them at Guest Services on board the ship.
