I am in the process reserving transport service from the airport to HRH. I think I read on here somewhere about the return trip back to the airport being close on time. Do I need to put an earlier return time rather than the actual flight time to be sure to be picked up on time?

Does that question make sense? (We are using Sunray)

Thanks for your help.

:cool1: We always use Tiffany Towncar service. They picked us up at 11:50 for a 2:18 p.m. flight. This was a wed.We were at the airport in about 20 min.dropped at our gate, checked luggage, went thru security and had enough time to get lunch at food court(we go airtran) and sat around after that for about 1/2 hour.I am sure anyone doing international travel will take more time checking in.:thumbsup2

So they allowed about 2 1/2 hours. That sounds like plenty. Thanks for your help. We are using AirTran too.

sunray is very good on the pick up times.
the last 2 times i used them, i went by their calculations on pick up time from uo hotels to mco.

i travel back on monday evenings the last 4 trips and never have a long wait thru check in.

if you are not sure of what time to give yourself prior to your flight out, ask bob at sunray and he will help you with an answer.

I will trust their opinion. I've heard only good things about them. I was making the reservation on-line and all the info it asked for was what time our flight out left so I wasn't sure how much time they allow. I didn't finish the ressie, I'll go do it tomorrow. Thanks for the help.

Sorry about all those "smiles". Had to shoo him off to bed. He's a little excited tonight. Tomorrow is his 13th birthday. Big sleep-over planned for after school -- complete with way too much pizza, chips, & candy. Oh yeah, and a giant cookie decorated like a pizza.
