transportation w/out renting a car

I am planning a little get-a-way and haven't decided which one I want to do yet.

I am either going to Vero Beach or going on a cruise through Port Canaveral (Royal Caribbean - just to try it out).

However I wish not to rent a car and wondered if anyone knows of any inexpensive reputable companies to use for round-trip service.
