does anyone know the best way to get from boardwalk villas to islands of adventure with a scooter? Thanks

If the scooter is collapsible and the user can get into an unmodified car, then any mid or larger sized vehicle (taxi, Uber, rental, etc.) will meet the need. If the scooter is not collapsible and/or the user cannot transfer to an unmodified car, then you probably want an accessible taxi.
