Transportation to Universal

What would be the best way to get four adults with suitcases and a small Go GO type scooter from WDW to one of the Universal Hotels? We would also need to make the trip from there to the airport.

Probably Mears would be your best bet. They have accessible taxis and vans. Give them a call, tell them what you need to transport, (how many people, how many suitcases, etc.) and from where to where. They should be able to tell you what they can do and ball park of what it will cost.
