transportation to universal from all star..

I know the shuttles dont go to universal. Does anyone know if we can rent a car from n all star resort? Also roughly how much a taxi will be? Never been and trying to plan ahead. Traveling two adults and child. Thanks for help

All Star Music to Universal was about a $35 taxi ride for my friend and I a couple of years ago.
