Transportation from PBH to DC?

Staying at PBH for 5 nights the end of this month. We have Discovery Cove tickets and plan on a day at Sea World. My question is does PBH provide transportation to DC/SW? If not, besides taxi what do you reccomend ? I was dissatisfied with Mears my last WDW visit so am unlikely to use them. Thank you.

PBH and HRH have shuttles to DC and SW. Inquire at the concerige desk for information.

i do think universal does a much better job of getting you around town than disney does.
