Does anyone know if there is a direct bus from Hollywood Studios to Animal Kingdom, or do you have to take a bus from Hollywood Studios to a resort and then catch a bus at the resort to Animal Kingdom?

WDW web site states that Animal Kingdom is connected to the 3 other theme parks via bus, but doesn't say how.

Thanks in Advance.

Yes. All parks have buses to other parks.
Okay thanks. There must have been changes lately because I've seen lists like this before, which implies that some transportation options do not have buses as an option. Or there are a few steps to get from some parks to another.

- Magic Kingdom to Epcot: monorail or boat to the Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC), then transfer to the Epcot monorail line
- MK to Animal Kingdom: monorail or boat to TTC, then bus
- MK to Disney's Hollywood Studios: monorail or boat to TTC, then bus
- Epcot to MK: monorail to TTC, then transfer to MK monorail
- Epcot to Animal Kingdom: bus
- Epcot to DHS: bus (from the front entrance), boat (from the back entrance), walk (from the back entrance)
- AK to MK: bus to TTC, then monorail or boat
- AK to Epcot: bus
- AK to DHS: bus
- DHS to MK: bus to TTC, then monorail or boat
- DHS to AK: bus
- DHS to Epcot: bus, boat or walk

boat to swan&dolphin, bus to AK if you're wondering a good way to get there.

but no, no direct buses.

That is incorrect. There is direct transportation (no need to go to a resort) from all 4 main parks to the other parks. This isn't new.

Okay, thanks. I guess I have always misunderstood. Thanks for the clarification.

sorry for the false information!

That would be a good explanation except for the fact you cannot
boat to swan&dolphin
from Disney Springs.

This used to be the way it was from MK, but they now have buses and return buses at the entrance of MK for HS and AK transportation. If you want to take the monorail to/from MK/EP, you do still have to make a stop at TTC and change trains or take the ferry to/from MK to TTC.

another misinterpretation. so when i was explaining to Allison i said i was thinking about Disney Springs, thinking that it is the same for all parks.

Half of this list is wrong, wrong, wrong. About what you expect from the moms panel.

No Disney buses use the TTC for park to park anymore. They haven't for years.

There is definitely a bus, we took it last Saturday.

so is the list SPOERLX3 shared wrong? i'm honestly confused.

Here's a correct list:

There is "direct" transportation between all the WDW theme parks.
The frequency of departure for each is approximately every 20 minutes, give or take, all day long.

Most routes are via Disney Buses.

Here are the "park-to-park" Disney Transportation direct connections:

MK> Epcot = Monorail to TTC, Switch to 2nd Monorail to Epcot
MK> DHS = Direct Bus
MK> AK= Direct Bus

AK> DHS= Direct Bus
AK> Epcot= Direct Bus
AK> MK= Direct Bus

DHS> MK= Direct Bus
DHS> AK= Direct Bus
DHS> Epcot= Direct Bus (Epcot Front Gate) or Boat (Epcot Intl. Gateway)
......Boats ("Friendships") make 3 interim stops at the Epcot area resorts.

Epcot > MK= Monorail to TTC, Switch to 2nd Monorail to MK
Epcot > AK= Direct Bus
Epcot> DHS= Direct Bus (Epcot Front Gate) or Boat (Epcot Intl. Gateway)
......Boats ("Friendships") make 3 interim stops at the Epcot area resorts.

The buses have their destinations shown on them on illuminated signs.
The bus stops at the parks are also marked with signage.

As a rule-of-thumb, allow 40-60 minutes to get from the gates of one park to the gates of another park. The actual on-the-road time is far less than that, but you need to factor in the amount of time that it might take to wait for the next bus to arrive and load.

Okay, thanks. I guess the official site is the best way to go.

Thanks for the details

Robos list is the most accurate and up to date.MK buses are now right at MK to the other parks,no more need to go to the TTC to get them. And some of the other lists fail to show that theres a bus and a boat between DHS and Epcot, and if you want to add a third option you can also walk between DHS and Epcot.
