Do the buses run from Epcot to Disney Springs too?

But yes, buses go from the four theme parks to Disney Springs starting at 4pm each day.

Here's the official wording from the Disney website:

One-way bus service from the 4 Disney theme parks operates daily from 4:00 PM until 11:00 PM or 2 hours after theme parks close, whichever is earlier.

No. They do not go from Disney Springs to the parks.

Before 4 you can walk / boat to the Boardwalk or the beach club and take the bus from there or take the bust to Saratoga springs and walk to DS from there.

eta - also not asked but could be relevant to the OP's plans.

BEFORE 4pm:

Exit park through International Gateway (gate between UK and France), walk to Beach Club Resort for bus transportation to Disney Springs

AFTER 4pm:

Bus transportation is available directly from park to Disney Springs
