Transportation from airport to Hotel

Can somebody please tell me if there will be transport from the airport to the hotel even if i don't book the flights and hotel together?

Are you talking about using Magical Express to a WDW hotel? If so, then yes, you are entitled to use DME. It doesn't matter how you book, if you are staying at a WDW hotel, then DME is a part of it. You can set up DME when you are booking your hotel with WDW.
