Transportation for 5

I have a party of 5 (3 adults, 2 kids). Will I need to make special arrangements for transportation from Orlando airport to Universal resort, or can I just arrive at MCO and hail a taxi-van? Are taxi-vans the same rate as taxi-cabs? Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.

Haven't tried to catch a taxi from the airport, but I do know that the taxi vans are the same price as a taxi cab (or at least that was the case in June 2009).

We did this 2 weeks ago & also last October. It's very easy as there is a taxi stand right outside the terminal building. It cost us about $60 including a tip from MCO to the Hard Rock Hotel.

When we went in October we had 3 adults & 2 kids (5&3). We got a car service, it was $120 for return with grocery stop & tip. We got an SUV and personlized service. PM me if you would like more info.

We actually made a ressie for a car service this year through the HRH concierge. The company is Destination MCO.
