We just returned from 7 nights at the WL and am happy to report that we found the transportation to be quite good. The boats come often and are a very convenient and quick way to get to the MK. And though not as quick, we felt that the busses generally were pretty efficient as well. Yes, you do tend to share with another resort but I really don't think it adds that much to your total travel time all things considering.
Looked for Tyler but didn't find him, but did run into some very nice drivers. After eating at Boma one night the MK driver that picked us up brought us right back to the WL instead of going to the MK. BIG time saver.
I think sometimes WDW transport gets a bad rap. IMO they do a great job considering the amount of people they are moving around on a daily basis. I would much rather leave the driving to them when I'm there, but that's just me.
As far as Tiffany Towncar goes, we are second time users of their service and again had no problems whatsoever. Max was our driver and he was great. He was there waiting for us when we arrived and was on time (early in fact) for our return. I would recommend them to anyone.
