I have read lots of people who have had a negative experience with TransMeridian airlines, so I would like to add a positive light. I just got back, travelling from Syracuse to Orlando. TransMeridian was wonderful!! The flights were right on time, the service quick and very accomodating, and they even served food (which seems to be a rarity on many airlines these days)! The flight crew was very friendly, offering drinks more than once, coming around for the trash quite often, and allowing people to switch seats all that they wanted. It was definitely comparable to other airlines, and at the cheap prices, I will definitely be flying with them again.

I am glad you had a good experience. I was one of the ones posting warnings about them after being unable to reach any customer service reps and them suddenly cancelling peoples flights. I have my tickets for them and will be flying them and hope for this same positive experience. I am just worried now and would be about any trip that they may suddenly cancel without notice and leave me hanging.

Do you board the plane at Hancock or from Executive Air?

DawnMaree,
You board TransMeridian from Hancock, the same place that you get on all the other commercial airlines. I believe it is from Terminal B. Delta actually does the check-in stuff (TMA pays them to do it), but there is a TMA gate right next to all the others.
