transfer of pts. question

We are contemplating renting some our pts. for next year because we won't be able to use them all. First, I AM NOT POSTING HERE TO FIND SOMEONE WHO WANTS THEM. However, I have a basic transfer question, is there a limit to the number of times I can transfer points to another DVC member in a given year? We would choose to do that with a member for the sake of ease, but I don't know much about it. I saw a post on the rent/trade board where someone had many points and sounded like he was taking small increment requests also. Can this be done for various people????

AFAIK, you can transfer points out of your account as many times as you please (subject to what is in there to begin with, of course, LOL). Doesn't matter to whom as long as they have an account, so yes, you could transfer to more than one member.

Once you transfer points out of the account though, you cannot accept points INTO your account during the same use year. Transfers may only be made in one direction per year -it's either in or out but you get to pick the direction.

You can still borrow - that is totally separate from transferring points to another member.
