Hello,
My parents are transferring the ownership of their DVC interest to my sisters and me. In order to complete the transfer, we must obtain a new deed. According to the letter my parents received from DVC, it is recommended that we use an attorney licensed in Florida. We live in Michigan and don't know any Florida attorneys. Here are my questions:
1. Is it a good idea to use the Florida Bar Assocation referral service to find an attorney?
2. What county is Old Key West located? We must record the new deed in that county.
I appreciate your help with these questions. I have always received excellent advise on the DIS Boards!
