Transfer and Banking ?

I will try to be as brief as possible.

Brother bought DVC on cruise, he has a Dec. use year. He promptly banked 104 points so he is fine on those. However he held out 96 points for use at a spa a couple of hours from where he lives. Went past the 60 day window so cant make ressie. outside of DVC.

If he transfers points to me will I be able to bank 100% of the transferred points or only 50% as it says for April use year on banking chart that I am in my 50 % banking window?

Any help on this would be great sorry if it was kind of convoluted.

You may bank any transferred points. They are not held to the banking deadlines.
