She means "Rurple". I believe the hat it called a red baseball hat, but it looks purple, hence the title rurple.

Of the hat? Ask anyone that did the 1 day only quest for any of the red baseball stuff Those quests were the most impossible, long, and aggravating quests ever! I think you needed something like 80 ghosts, some ridiculous score in fireworks, had to win pirates battle with a high score and get an almost impossible score on Jungle Cruise. I remember having to go back to play JC several times because you missed the score on ghosts or something. It was so hard.

The "Rurple" hat is probably the 3rd highest valued hat after Sparrow and Stitch.
It was only available for a few hours in an in-game quest that was very difficult
