Here's another example of how no one seems to know what's going on. Called to ask about using the BOGO on our membership that isn't eligible for membership extras. Was told BOGO only applies to eligible membership. That's not found anywhere in the documentation and I'm pretty sure people here have reported doing it but whatever. The interesting part is that they said multiple times that you could get the 12 BOGO on two use years in the eligible membership within the same 2026 benefit period. Umm what? That would be great but that part is specifically addressed in the documentation. They really need better training and documentation on this program.I told the CM that I find the program to be confusing and silly. As an example - it is per member, meaning when I purchase it on a co-owned membership with my husband then he can't access the priority waitlist in the lounges if I am not there. In that example, he would have to also purchase MMB; however, if he purchases, he can't take advantage of the bonus OTUP if I already purchased them under our co-owned membership. The CM agreed and noted that we could each get the 30 day memory marker. I realize they are on recorded lines but I did get her to agree that this is silly and confusing when certain aspects of the program apply at the member level and others apply at the membership level.
I called asking if he could purchase the bonus OTUP if I had already purchased and the CM didn't have an immediate answer. She had to check with someone. I wonder what would have happened if he just called to purchase MMB and the OTUP at the same time.
From my conversations with MS:
- priority access at lounges and memory maker is per member meaning each member on a membership has to purchase
- Bonus OTUP is per membership meaning if each member on a membership purchases to take advantage of the benefits named above, only one member has access to the OTUP.
- I don't know how accessing the characters in the lounges works - per member or membership

That must be a recent issue. I had MMB in 2025 aand used the website in December to buy it for 2026.In case anyone didn’t see, the website is having difficulty allowing those of us who had MMB for 2025 to purchase it for 2026.
I assume you can call… but that is why there is not a link anymore to purchase.
I had it in 2025 and bought it the day it went on sale in 2026 from the website. That must be a recent issue. I had MMB in 2025 aand used the website in December to buy it for 2026.

Apparently not for everyone. I don't have the link. What i do get is a notice (at the top of the page where the link should appear) that readsUpdate: The issue is fixed. I was able to purchase online this morning!
Looking forward to seeing what they say. If the first answer is just them copy pasting the terms be sure to reply back and tell them you need it clarified. I had to do that once and I got a much better response the 2nd time. From MMB T&C:
A maximum of twenty-four (24) one-time-use Vacation Points (including purchased one-time-use Vacation Points and Bonus Points) can be acquired by a Member per Benefit Season
So, if it is “acquired by a Member”, I’d argue that if you have
- Member 1 on Membership A and
- Member 1 and Member 2 on Membership B
Then
=> Member 1 can purchase MMB and acquire bonus OTUP on Membership A; and
=> Member 2 can purchase MMB and acquire bonus OTUP on Membership B.
@VGCgroupie - I may use your suggestion and email asking how this interpretation isn’t accurate. If this was allowed last benefit season, what changed? I really don’t need 2 of us with MBB but I’d like them to provide a better clarification.
You can buy OTUP for AP. Just wait until your UY starts for the year you want your AP.I have MMB 2026. Towards the end of this year, I want to buy the Sorcerer Pass to activate in 2027.
Can I buy OTUP specifically for that? If I can, I am going to wait towards the end of the year to buy the OTUP to use towards my AP.
If I can't buy them specifically for the AP, will MS help me switch points in an existing reservation with OTUP? Unfortunately, I think all my reservations are booked with home resort priority. I think that would be a cancel/rebook with the chance of losing the reservation.

Pardon the Inconvenience
We are currently experiencing technical issues that may delay the ability to purchase the 2026 Membership Magic Beyond option for Members who have an active 2025 Membership Magic Beyond option. Our team is actively working to resolve this, and we apologize for any inconvenience.

I bought 2025 and didn't use the MM in 2025 as I had photo dl's on my Incredipass. I bought 2026 on Dec 18 and a second MM is now in my account. Both say they can be assigned.Apologies if it's been answered in this long thread, but I have a MMB Memory Maker question. What are folks seeing? I had MMB 25 and bought MMB 26. I did not use the MM perk in 2025. I now see 2 Memory Maker options in my account (both appear to be transferable). What are others seeing? If anyone had it in 25 and didn't use it, but didn't buy MMB 26 yet - does it look like the MM perk continues until you use it? Just curious how this might work! Thx
At some point, I'm wondering if someone has a 2025 MMB Memory Maker that they actually can use in 2026. I don't always trust the Disney tech in a situation like this! But it really does appear that the MMB Memory Maker is useable beyond the calendar year it was purchased. I thought it likely it would expire.I called some
