Didnt make gym today as i have a huge hangover!
Friday
Went to a local church with school today, i got to play the organ & ring the church bells!!! Found that pretty cool!
Our guide was called Ken & he ran the London marathon last year & is doing a 1/2 marathon next month....he's 62 years old!!
My lunch box went missing (i had eaten most of the food in it before it got lost!), so his wife made me a cup of tea & gave me a plate of chocolate biscuits (cookies!) They were such nice people, i got to write a prayer for DMIL too
B/fast - cereal
lunch - sandwich, chocolate bar, muffin, sausage roll, plate of choccy biscuits
dinner - fries topped with cheese & mayo
Went to gym
Upped TM to 22 mins & did it
Burnt 800 cals
saturday
b/fast - cereal
lunch - bacon sandwich (cut the fat off)
dinner - 4 crispbreads, yogurt....1/2 chk burger & fries (shared with DH in pub)
Went to a comedy club in Nottingham, i got sooooo drunk
One minute i was ok the next i was seeing double & thought oh dear!!
TOM had arrived yesterday & wine + pmt was not a good idea, DH & i had words due to me turning into a drunk psyco (SP!) woman!!
Sunday
Didnt make gym - too ill & tired!
Apologised to DH for turning psyco on him!
b/fast - cereal
lunch - wholeweat pasta with tuna & tomato & cheese
dinner - having cheese & ham roll
Off on another school trip tomorrow to a local theme park for younger children, looking forward to that
MIL doing ok, she has aphasia dyspraxia, which means she has trouble with comprehention & understanding as well as speech difficulties, we are just hoping that she will improve
