Thanks I was able to eat small bites of pizza so that was good! I still think I need to see a specialist to see if having them taken out is an option and how much it would be. My insurance isn't so great right now so I'm sure it would all go straight towards my deductible and I'd be paying in full. We'll see!

I was at the same MNSSHP!!! It's really crazy but it looks like we missed each other by inches! We (my sister and I) stood in almost the exact same spot for HalloWishes - a bit more off to the left where we were blocked by a tree, bad planning on my sisters part - and for the 2nd parade we were in Frontierland sitting on the porch near one of the stores, looks like just a bit further down than where you were. Crazy! I don't remember seeing a Luau girl or a girl with a bright red umbrella. My sister was one of the dancers from HM. She turned a lot of heads that night! lol

How crazy!!!!!! We had a pretty interesting group of rides! When we first planned costumes, it was to be all the rides in Adventureland and then when M went off with Haunted Mansion, I thought about doing Wendy from Peter Pan and J was going to do Tinkerbell but we stuck with the original costume ideas!

I think we stood just down from Pecos Bills where there's that opening to go into Adventureland. Not really an ideal spot as tons of people crammed into there as the parade began but we stood our ground! We always stand in the same spot for Wishes. We like the access to the bridge to Liberty Square when the show is over!

MNSSHP looks really cool. I have never been, but it is definitely something I want to do someday. You got a good picture of the headless horseman. I like how everyone's costume matched a ride.

It would be frustrating to not have the Dec thing planned properly, but I find that usually the best things at Disney are things you didn't plan anyway, so it will probably all work out fine.

The Dec thing is finally starting to come together I hope! The whole mix of park days and hopping/not hopping is a bit crazy although I don't know what I have to worry about, I have an AP so I can hop all I want!

DEC TRIP PICS AND UPDATE


Happy Monday Dis Friends!

I hope everyone made it through their Monday. It was for sure a manic Monday in my classroom! The kids were happy to see all of my Disney Xmas clings, Christmas Tree, and advent tree/stocking!


Here are some updates on the Dec trip with Pics too!

TRIP BINDER/FOLDER:

It's a mess right now but hopefully it will be sorted out soon! I went with a folder/binder type of binder because it's lighter, we don't have that many ADRS that I need menus for, we aren't going to tons of parks for tons of days, and I just really didn't have much to fill with it this time. It will work I guess!

MOUSEKEEPING:

I took these from the DISign board. I copy and paste them into word and then reformat them on my own. It's all about copy, paste, print, and paste! I still need the money to fill with them. Since we're only staying at POP for one night, would you leave one for the following morning even though we're checking out? I'm going to leave one for the 4 days at WL.

MUG:

Please no harsh comments. Like I said in this PTR, if I had bought a mug for each time I've gone, I'd have double of each color. If it wasn't for the fact that food/bev CMs told me that pop/soda costs pennies, I might consider buying one each time. Since we only have the QS DDP for one night at POP, I'm not sure if we'll get a mug or not so I might end up with 2 to take home!

The reason why I use two is because the black one is big enough that it can fit a hoodie for when it gets cold. The POOL BAG was a freebie that my mom got over the weekend for spending $$$$ at the Vera store. I've been using the backpack when shopping because it's easier!

As far as the trip plans go...

Bro is pretty much 100% on driving. He'll leave on Wed Dec 8th and get back on Wed 15 or Thurs 16. My aunt in Atlanta will be around so he'll crash there as a half way point. Mom still doesn't want me to cancel the National car rental JUST IN CASE. lol.

As far as the parks go, it looks like one of Bro's friends will let them into the park for one day so we'll be in the parks for 4 days now instead of 3. Our new (hopefully sticking schedule is

I'm glad to see that things are starting to come together. They say sometimes it's not good to plan but when you are my father, there always has to be a plan and a back-up one too!

For now, I'm done stalking ADRs and we are set with what we have. We still need to buy MVMCP tickets for the 12th but we're waiting for my mom's Visa Rewards card to come in the mail to use to buy them.

Thanks!!! I'm off to go stalk more ADRS. The Mama Melrose one isn't sitting well with me. We liked it last year but I feel like we can get more bang for our buck but at 9 days out..it's going to be hard!


Today I got a MYW package in the mail from our one night at POP including the special luggage tags. I had no idea you got one of the packages when you did a AP room discount/qs ddp package! It was a nice little surprise!

I'm glad I'm not the only one! Our arrival day looks chilly and on Tues when we leave it's saying 62 on accuweather, what is that about?! It was 62 here in Cincinnati last week. That does not make for a good vacation for me lol. I want 70s = shorts and ts during the day with a possibility of a hoodie and capris at night!

Thanks! I need to finish printing the ADR menus and I think it will be set. We don't check in online for our flights. I have a free bag with Delta since I have the credit card/skymiles so I don't know how all that works online so we always check in at the airport. I the kiosks!
