Still feeling stressed, but not as bad as yesterday.

Stress is coming from every angle here (job, kids, family, miscellaneous) and I'm trying to deal with everything one step at a time. It's so weird because yesterday started off on a good note and then BAM! I got slammed with a 100 different things at once. Some things I took care of yesterday, but some things may take days or weeks to take care of. Did I mention that taxes are coming up again soon? UGH!
Today's Plan:
* Homeschooling
* Workout
* Work for DH
* Help the kids
* Research
* Make a to do list
* Pray and try to relax

L: 1/2 Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe (4) 1/2 medium fry (5) iced tea (0)
D: 1 soft taco (5) 1/2 burrito (6)

Yep, there's that Taco Bell.

I was so stressed out last night I really didn't want to eat. My DH went out of his way after his meeting to get Taco Bell though so I ate, but not much. As you can see , my food choices weren't the best yesterday, but I still came in 10 points under.
Off to try a Zumba DVD.... Have a wonderful Wednesday everyone!
