Toystoryduo's Journal....Moving Forward From Here

I'll have to check out DIS Radio. It sounds very cool. I have Illuminations, Tapestry of Nations and Soarin' on my iPod, and DH is always listening to his Fantasmic soundtrack so it sounds like it would fit right in in our household.

I'm trying to stay awake here....I've got another hour's worth of work and then off to bed!

Food Today:
B: Cheerios (2)
L: Biggie Fry (10.5) 1/4 of a Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe (2)
D: 1 Cup of Shrimp Fried Rice (8) Two Crab Rangoon (4)

Food has not been great, but at least I am coming in under points. After having the Chinese and fast food today, I doubt I will show a loss on the scale tomorrow.

I'll try and get the 50 minute Zumba workout in tomorrow. It has to go back to the library on Saturday so I'd like to try and get one more workout in.

Get that workout in today. I have found when I am sore from working out, that a few stretches and a light workout will loosen me up and I feel so much better.

Love how you are getting your monthly goals done.

I am tired today! :( I think I got 4 hours of sleep last night. I may see a nap in my future. ;)

Still under a lot of stress....Trying to manage things one step at a time.

I weighed in and was shocked....The scale showed a 4 pound loss this week!:scared1: I weighed myself several times to see if it was accurate and it came up the same each and every time. I wish I could lose that much every week. :wizard:

Today's Plan:

* Homeschooling
* Work for DH
* Research
* Work on the mile long to do list

My DH should be off from work tomorrow which will give us some downtime as a family. I'll still be working on my to do list though.

Catching up - and looks like stress hit hard 2 days ago. I hope things smoothed over for you. I'm going to keep reading, but will keep you in my thoughts - hoping to see things improved...glad to see you fit in a Zumba workout, and hoping it burned off some of the stress. I hate when everything comes at you all at once.

I've heard a lot of people who enjoy Zumba, and said it was fun. I've not ever tried it...I used to love Tae-boe, but haven't done that in ages. Sounds like you felt good after you got your exercise in...so glad to hear it...can see a total change in mood on yesterday's post. I don't listen to DIS radio, but i do listen to the podcasts once in awhile.

Sounds like you're tired today :\ sorry you didn't sleep well - but hello 4 pound loss! Congrats on that

I've got lots to do today:

* Clean the house
* Work for DH
* Research
* Rewards Programs
* Library
* Get coupons cut and ready for tomorrow's deals
* Disney planning (Sept. trip + school project)
* Bank- Rebate checks to cash; add up change jar
* Drop off bags of donations to Goodwill

We have another busy week next week so I'm hoping that by getting a lot done today, next week will flow more smoothly.

I am so sorry you are still feeling stressed, I hope that lessens very soon. I think your idea of getting a lot done to help make next week run smooth is a good one. Congrats on making your Rewards done and I bet your exercise goals are not far behind!

The day has gone by so fast so far!:eek: I'm not sure I'm ready for the week ahead yet. :faint:


I paid another $150 down on our trip yesterday!:banana: All of the money came from surveys and rebates for the month of December.

My DH just ran out to get dinner for us. We'll watch some football, have a Disney meeting, compare schedules for the week, and head to bed. We have a long week ahead.....

Woke up tired again today. :( I'm sleeping about 8 hours a night, but it's a restless sleep. I'm hoping that once some of these things are off my to do list, I'll be able to relax and sleep better.

Hopefully you'll get back to restful sleep soon. It's hard when you can't get that nice, deep, refreshing sleep.
