Catching up - and looks like stress hit hard 2 days ago. I hope things smoothed over for you. I'm going to keep reading, but will keep you in my thoughts - hoping to see things improved...glad to see you fit in a Zumba workout, and hoping it burned off some of the stress. I hate when everything comes at you all at once.
I've heard a lot of people who enjoy Zumba, and said it was fun. I've not ever tried it...I used to love Tae-boe, but haven't done that in ages. Sounds like you felt good after you got your exercise in...so glad to hear it...can see a total change in mood on yesterday's post. I don't listen to DIS radio, but i do listen to the podcasts once in awhile.
