Doing Shred was probably not a good idea yesterday.

I'm still sick, but now I'm very sore!

My arms, my chest, my legs...Yikes!

I think that I will wait until Monday to do Shred again. I will say this....As hard as this workout is, it does go by quickly. I like the 20 minute thing!
We had another no buy day yesterday!

Shooting for another one today!
Today's Plan:
* Rewards Programs
* Read, relax
* Maybe take Christmas stuff down

Barb~ The kids had a great time sledding and snowboarding yesterday! As for me, I stayed in the house, read a book, and didn't move much. I was too sore from Shred!
