It's Monday....Need I say more?;):lmao: I woke up early this morning and could not get back to sleep. :( I've been having some skin irritation issues that actually wake me up with itching... The doctor can't seem to pinpoint the source of the problem.:confused3 It's not an infection, it's not a bug bite, but it may be an allergy to something. We haven't changed soap or laundry detergent recently so we're having a hard time finding out what the cause of the skin irritation may be. The nurse suggested a cleanse because she said that something toxic within my body may be manifesting itself externally with the skin irritation. I don't know... All I know is that it bugs me!:headache: Your prayers and good thoughts would be much appreciated. :grouphug:

Today looks to be normal, busy Monday:

* Homeschooling

* Workout

* Laundry

* Health Food Store

* Library

My DH has a crazy busy week ahead, but we are both trying to take it one day at a time. Last night he asked me to make a list of everything that we have to do before we go to WDW so we're not running around at the last minute trying to get stuff done. I made a list about a week ago, but we need to add it so we don't forget anything. (Did I mention that when we went to WDW last year, we left and came back home 5 times before finally getting on the road to Florida?:eek: Thank God we were only minutes away when we realized that we had forgotten some things.;) )

50 Day Countdown Challenge through Monday Morning

Day 33

1. Fitness: 28 workouts totaling 1346 minutes (Walked for 4 hours straight at the zoo yesterday!:eek: Added a 50 minute weight and ab workout today.:banana: )

2. Food: salad: 27 days (includes today; had one for breakfast); 22 days of no eating before bed (does not include today yet)

3. Freeze: 20 days Total amount spent: $205

I think you're doing a fantastic job with your challenege. I mean, there's a reason it's called a challenge...it's no supposed to be easy :) But you are so close to your targets, you should NOT feel frustrated. You're a rock star :cheer2: !

I totally know what you mean about lists. I am SO bad about remembering everything we need to do/buy/pack. I end up staying up all night the night before we leave because I have so much to do :lmao:

You have done so well, I think your goals are being well attended to. I know it gets so hard to not get discouraged, but don't lose heart! You are doing this!

I think you have a lot going on, just make that list and youll be leaving for WDW in no time!

Your story of going back home five times last time cracked me up! Your trip is so close, you must be so excited! Hope today is going well.:hug:

Sounds like you have had a busy few weeks as well! Hang in there, and just think about your Disney trip in a few weeks!!!!!

Did you start the EPCOT unit with your girls yet?? I can't wait to hear how it goes, I know you had a lot of cool activities planned for them!

If your rash doesn't clear up consider seeing an allergist or dermatologist. Just a thought.

I am an obsessive planner. I have lists for everything. Lists help me immensley.

Thank you for stopping by!:grouphug: Today has been a very long day so far. I've had very little sleep and as a result have had very little patience. I've been indulging in an all day pity party. :( I've spent way too much time and energy focusing on things I can not change today and hemming and hawing on the things I can change. Does any of that make sense?

I weighed myself today and was pleasantly surprised.... 218. Now, you may ask, "Why would Tracy be happy with a number like that?" Answer: Because it wasn't 220!:lmao: Seriously, with the way I feel physically, I thought the number on the scale would be much higher. On one hand, I am relieved. On the other hand, I am somewhat frustrated about that number. I know that I am the only one who can change that number so I have to face that there is a lot of work to do; workouts to do, healthier food choices to make, and goals to come up with. I am going to stick with the challenge and not add any more goals right now though. When we come back from WDW, I will come up with some new goals.

Laurie~ We did start the Epcot unit and it's going well! We bought blank pretend Passports at Holcombs and the girls are having a great time filling them in. I think we may take them to Epcot and have the CMs sign them in each country.:thumbsup2

Congratulations on the positive WI. We all have days where we are moody and unappreciative. That makes the days that are sunny and positive all the better. You are doing a fantastic job on your goals. You have a lot on your plate, and the scale may not be reflecting everything positive that you are doing. Keep up the great work, and the pounds will come off.

No wonder you weren't feeling too chipper yesterday, you were exhausted! I hope today was better :hug: . I think its great about your weigh in, you have left the 220's behind you FOREVER!! You are doing so well, and have so much on your plate. I think you are doing wonderful. And you leave for WDW so soon! Keep up the good work, we all have those days when we just feel a bit blah. You're entitled!

Good morning friends,

I am nervous and tired all rolled up into one. I woke up with very little sleep again today because the skin irritation is really bugging me. :( I made an appointment with my doctor for noon today. Last time, I had to see one of his associates because he was out of town. I much prefer going to see my regular doctor. Hopefully, he'll have some answers for me today...Doctor's appointments make me totally nervous.

Due to the doctor's appointment, we've had to completely reschedule our day today. That means more work for me next week. It will be worth it though to get this taken care of before we go to WDW.

Today's Plan:

* Homeschool

* Doctor's appt. @ noon

* Walk

* Work with DH this afternoon

* Soccer Practice

* Coinstar for our penny jar

* Business/ WDW Meeting....Must plan the weeks ahead

Good morning friends,

Feeling overwhelmed and overly emotional today....(TOM is coming. :( ) We have so much to get done today that my head is spinning. I'll be working with my DH from 8:00 a.m. -? We're meeting my MIL for dinner at Olive Garden at 4:30 p.m. After that, we need to go on a job with my DH and then to the thrift store to look for shirts for DDs for WDW. After that, we need to get to the grocery store and buy stuff for a cookout we're having after the girls' soccer games tomorrow. Then, we need to come home and clean the house. Whew! I'm glad we have a 3 day weekend ahead of us.....


So much to do...so little time to do it. :sad2: Hope everyone has a great day! :grouphug:
