Found a GREAT YouTube link to a Toy Story Mania - Strategy Guide (it's from DL, however, the tips work at WDW too). You will have to work with a partner, using this guide, my DW and I were able to score in the high 200K to low 300K each time:

You can also find the same video on iTunes (also free) downloadable to your video iPod. It's great because we were able to review the tips at our resort hotel before heading out in the AM to DHS. Here's where to find it: Go to iTunes Store. Do a search on Podcasts and type "A Window to the Magic". Subscribe to the podcast (free) and look for podcast #58 - Toy Story Mania - Strategy Guide. Simple.
